The Spirit Within is something that has certainly come from my heart and soul. When I created this a good few years ago seperate to this video here. It was the beginning of my venture into audio editing where I now create personalised meditative experiences using a professional mic and treated room to help keep the sound rich. Over the years I have had many compliments from people saying it helped them through difficult times and also on the exploration of their spiritual journey.
