I don't believe we should ever have to believe something just because we are asked or told to believe it.
When I was perusing my career in competition in snowboarding going back, I gained eight podiums where three of these were British titles and one podium on skis.
But just recently in the past two years I have entered in to the British Championships again that has now in total brought me 11 podiums 5 British titles where I am now the "Overall British Champion" 2025/2026 as this year I won for my age group and the overall fastest time.
It was during these times going back is when I fell into the awareness of life that we are so much more than our physical body after the passing of my beloved brother. And from here to cut a long story short I have had many experiences personally and what I have been able to offer others has left me in no doubt that we and the world around us are so much more than what only our physical perception perceives.
The same determination, passion and dedication that I put towards competing for my country as an athlete for many years, is now fully directed towards what will now fulfil me for life "in other words fulfilling my soul" and by bringing comfort to many as well as the realization that we are, and our perceptions are so much more.
Whether it is in my teaching that I offer, demonstrations, one to ones or through being interviewed on live streams or podcasts, my endeavour is to help you bring this realization to yourself through the experience.
